The rooftop terrace and pool were highlights of my stay, making it feel really special. My room was spotless, and the shower worked perfectly. I loved the free pastries and coffee at breakfast. they were delicious. The staff truly stood out with their friendliness and helpful attitudes. However, the location was a bit inconvenient. It took about a 15-minute walk to get to town, and the local beach wasn’t the best option either. For the price, I still found it to be a solid choice and would recommend it despite the slight location drawbacks.

Couples looking for a nice spot
This place has a rooftop area that's excellent, you can chill out there with a drink and the view is calm and refreshing. The staff were friendly, always willing to help with our questions, even gave us tips on local spots to check out.
It wasn’t the cheapest option, but it was still acceptable.

The hotel is a gem for families! The rooftop was a highlight for us, providing a fantastic view and a relaxing spot after a day at the beach. Plus, being just a short stroll from vibrant 5th Avenue made outings with our kids super convenient.
In my wife’s opinion, the pool area could use better safety measures to prevent slips and falls for kids.

would use them next time
Check-in was super quick. The staff was really nice and made us feel welcomed. The room had a king size bed, nice water pressure, and a flat-screen TV. Used the rooftop pool, which was even prettier than the pics. Loved the complimentary coffee in the lobby. The breakfast pastries were a nice touch too.

The rooftop area was definitely the highlight, providing a beautiful space to relax. The room was quite clean and well-maintained, with modern facilities that made the stay enjoyable. Though it was a bit far from the beach, we appreciated the quieter ambiance and found some excellent local dining options nearby, including Sonos Crisol. Overall, it was a great experience at a reasonable price for a couple's retreat.

Amazing stay with a killer pool
This place was seriously awesome! The staff were super nice and always ready to help. My room was spotless and comfy. That pool on the top floor? Perfect for watching the sunset! Oh, and there’s a lovely little Mexican joint just around the corner. A bit noisy at times, but still a fab place!

During my stay, I appreciated the outdoor swimming pool which provided a nice place to unwind. The comfortable bed allowed for a good night's sleep despite some noise issues. Living in a bustling city myself, it was refreshing to be in a quieter area away from the main attractions.
I encountered problems with noise disturbances at night, which made it hard to rest. Additionally, I faced delays in the resolution of some maintenance issues.

It’s a commendable fit for a passing visit in Playa del Carmen at a reasonable price. The pool area was great for relaxing after a long day out. Watch your step near the pool as it’s really slippery.

clean facilities, rooftop pool, nearby restaurant
Parking is basically non-existent!!! The street parking situation feels unsafe and far from ideal. Not walking distance to downtown attractions, requiring longer treks.
